（中央社記者葉素萍台北22日電）民主進步黨發言人黃帝穎今天說，教育部前後任部長對於「同意微調」是否經合法表決的關鍵說詞，前後不一，教育部應立即認定違法課綱無效。

課綱爭議，今天有數百校學生將包圍教育部。黃帝穎今天透過新聞稿表示，課綱微調不僅有程序黑箱的行政不法問題，教育部前後任部長對於「同意微調」是否經合法表決的關鍵說詞，竟然前後不一，顯然有一位部長說謊。

黃帝穎說，如果前教育部長蔣偉寧指示公務員將不實資訊登載於公文書，更有刑事不法的問題，這起案件正由台北地檢署偵辦，除了現任部長吳思華與蔣偉寧應面對司法、釐清真相，教育部更應懸崖勒馬，立即依法行政，認定違法課綱無效。

另外，對於國民黨黨產問題，黃帝穎說，國民黨宣稱7月底便能將黨產問題處理完畢，人民無法忍受國民黨用自言自語、迴避，甚至詐騙的態度處理黨產問題，事實上，國民黨目前處理的不動產，只是不當黨產的冰山一角。1040722
